Boarding

Cannot say enough good things about Carol's Pet Grooming! Extremely highly recommended! I recently returned from a ten day vacation while I was getting married in Puerto Rico. My dog, Lily (2 year old terrier chihuahua) is my princess and my baby, and we boarded her at Carol's, along with my parent's dog, Poohbear (14 year old cocker spaniel/poodle mix). They were both never boarded before and I was nervous to leave them until I met the staff at Carol's. Everyone at Carol's was extremely genuinely caring and I knew our dogs were in good hands. I was able to rest on vacation knowing she'd be fine, and she was beyond fine. She went on vacation herself! When we returned to retrieve our dogs, they came back bathed, groomed, happy, and healthy. The staff cleaned her toys, towels, and bed, and even got her a new name tag when it was accidentally broken during her stay. Even Poohbear ran out of joint medication and they went to our veterinarian to get more! Someone was there 24/7 with our babies and even slept with them throughout the night! Lily was able to sleep under the covers, take walks, and play constantly (as she's very active). They went above and beyond in every aspect. I want to thank everyone at Carol's for making our babies feel at home and for taking such good care of them. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family. I can't thank them enough and I am so appreciative we found Carol's Pet Grooming and Boarding. THANK YOU!
